Nine Nevada Registered Agent Prices, Verified and Ranked
Get registered agent representation in Nevada for $99 annually. The price covers the registered office address, same-day scanning of legal documents, and state-deadline alerts.
Nine companies want the registered agent line on your Nevada filing. This digest ranks them. Two facts before the table. First, the authorship: Nevada Registered Agent.co wrote this page, holds row one, and charges $99 a year for the very service it ranked on top, so weigh our self-assessment however you see fit. Second, the numbers owe nothing to us. Each competitor price is the advertised rate we recorded in a July 2026 sweep of vendor sites, copied as printed, including the single figure that beats ours.

Shelf-life warning. July 2026 is the timestamp on every figure above, and vendors in this market reprice without announcement. Confirm against the seller's live page before paying anyone. Ours included.
The Case for Row One
- A process server shows up. The papers leave our office as a scan the same business day, because your response deadline started at the handoff, not at your discovery.
- $99 the first year. $99 the tenth year. No introductory rate waiting to expire.
- Checkout sells one thing. No add-on gauntlet to click through.
- Our Nevada street address goes on your public record. Yours stays off it.
- We track your anniversary month and speak up before the state's $350 comes due.
One claim stays off this list: cheapest. By sticker price alone, the cheapest registered agent service in Nevada is BetterLegal, whose $90 rate holds row three of our own table. Our position is narrower: among the lowest flat annual rates in the state, scanning included, renewal locked. The $9 difference buys a price that cannot creep and a scan that does not wait.
Rows Two Through Nine
Ready when you are. Ordering takes about five minutes.
Order Here2. Northwest Registered Agent
Second place, earned. Northwest prints its entire price structure: a free first year with a formation order, $125 a year through four states, $100 per state from the fifth on. Real people answer its phones. Its privacy stance has years of history behind it. What keeps it out of row one is $26 a year, forever, for the same statutory job.
3. BetterLegal
The low bid. $90 a year, published in the open, confirmed by our July 2026 sweep. What we could not confirm: the first-year billing terms, which the site simply does not state. That leaves a known renewal behind an unknown start. Price shoppers should look. Careful ones should read the checkout page twice.
4. Rocket Lawyer
$125 a year, and the figure holds at every membership tier with no teaser attached. Respectable. The snag is the packaging. Agent duty comes folded into a broader legal plan stocked with contract templates and on-call attorney time. Businesses leaning on those extras may come out ahead. Need only an agent, and part of your $125 rents a library you never visit.
5. ZenBusiness
The strongest software in the digest; the dashboard deserves its reputation. The billing curve deserves equal attention: $99 plus state fees to start, $199 a year from then on. The renewal is the real price. Decide at $199 or do not decide at all.
6. Bizee (formerly Incfile)
Incfile, rebranded. Its formation packages carry free agent coverage for three to twelve months depending on the package. Forming a company anyway? Take the free months. Then circle the expiration date, because the $149 standalone rate switches on the moment the free stretch ends, and nobody at Bizee will circle that date for you.
7. LegalZoom
$249 a year, renewing on its own, with no first-year discount surfacing in our July 2026 sweep. The biggest name on the page at its highest fixed price. Remember what Nevada demands of every agent regardless of cost: a street address, business-hours availability, prompt handoff. LegalZoom performs that identical job at roughly two and a half times our rate.
8. Swyft Filings
$149 per quarter. Do the multiplication Swyft's signup never does: roughly $596 a year, the most expensive line in the digest and more than the $425 it costs to form a Nevada LLC in the first place. No first-year deal found. Quarterly billing keeps the annual total off-screen. We lead with it.
9. Inc Authority
Free first year, then a renewal the company keeps off its website entirely. Homepage, FAQ, premium packages: we checked each in July 2026 and found no figure anywhere. A rate revealed only at checkout or on a phone call is not a rate you can comparison-shop. Last place, held on policy, and the not-published pattern is one to watch for across this industry.
Nevada Math: $75 on the Billboard, $425 at the Window
The $75 Nevada LLC is an advertising figure. The state's own arithmetic runs longer. Articles of Organization: $75. Initial List of Managers or Managing Members, due at formation: $150. State Business License: $200. Total to open the doors legally: $425. The Secretary of State bundles all three as a single Complete Packet, filed through the SilverFlume portal, and none of the three is optional.
Then the meter keeps running. Nevada collects again annually, deadline set at the close of your anniversary month: the $150 Annual List plus the $200 license renewal, $350 without end. File late and the state stacks $175 in penalties, $75 for the list and $100 for the license, then marks the company Default. Ride out the default and revocation follows; let roughly five years pass and the record hardens into Permanently Revoked. One more house rule: the list must name every manager or managing member, title and address included. The notices that keep you ahead of all of this land at your registered agent's address. That routing is the quiet reason agent reliability is worth more in Nevada than in states where missing a deadline costs a slap on the wrist.
Who Nevada Lets You Appoint
The short version of the house rules. Every Nevada LLC must maintain a registered agent with a street address for service of process under NRS 86.231, with the machinery supplied by NRS Chapter 77, the state's Model Registered Agents Act. NRS 77.310 allows three routes: hire a commercial registered agent, appoint a noncommercial one, or designate the title of an office or position inside your own company. That third route is Nevada's self-service option, and it works only if the company keeps a physical Nevada street address covered during business hours. NRS 77.300 wants a real street address or a rural route box on the filing; a PO box by itself fails. Out-of-state owners usually stall right there, since a Nevada street address is the one thing they do not have. Scale is regulated too: represent ten or more entities and registration as a commercial registered agent becomes mandatory under NRS 77.320. We hold that registration. The state's agent forms and fee schedule are published on the Secretary of State's website.
The $60 Goodbye
Ready when you are. Ordering takes about five minutes.
Order HereNevada charges $60 to change registered agents, a fee set by NRS 77.280(1)(a). The filing is a statement of change under NRS 77.340, it must carry the new agent's acceptance, and it goes to the Secretary of State's Commercial Recordings Division. Do not hunt for a form number; Nevada assigns none, identifying its filings by NRS chapter instead. Sixty dollars puts Nevada among the priciest states anywhere for switching, and we will not spin that fact: it discourages impulse moves, including a move to us. It also rewards choosing carefully once. An agent with a locked renewal and a published price sheet is the agent you never pay $60 to escape.
Closing the Digest
Nine rows, one statutory job, a wide spread on price and on candor. Our entry: a $99 rate that never varies, scans out the door the day papers arrive, our Nevada address carrying the public exposure instead of yours, and a nudge ahead of the anniversary-month deadline that guards your $350 filing. If the table reads the same way to you, enrollment takes a few minutes.
