• Whatever you send us directly by email, phone, or the contact form

Automatically, as visitors move through the Site:

• Pages viewed, session length, and where traffic came from
• Device and browser type, and a general sense of location from IP address
• Cookies and similar tools that keep the Site functioning and let us see usage patterns

What We Do With It

• Run the registered agent service itself — accepting, scanning, and routing documents to your dashboard and inbox
• Process your enrollment and yearly billing
• Send you deadline reminders and service-related notices, including Annual List and Business License alerts
• Handle support requests
• Keep the Site and Service working properly and improve them over time
• Satisfy legal and regulatory obligations that apply to us

When We Share It

Your information is never sold. We only pass it along in specific situations:

• Vendors who keep things running — payment processing, hosting, email delivery
• State agencies, strictly where the registered agent role requires it, such as your Nevada Secretary of State filing
