Terms of Service

Effective: July 10, 2026

These Terms of Service govern use of nevadaregisteredagent.co (the "Site") and the registered agent service (the "Service") offered by Nevada Registered Agent.co ("we," "us," "our"). Enrolling in the Service or using the Site means you accept these Terms.

1. What's Included at $99/Year

• A Nevada registered office address that satisfies Secretary of State requirements
• Acceptance of service of process and official state correspondence directed to your entity
• Same-day scanning and electronic delivery of documents we receive on your behalf
• An online portal holding digital copies of everything we've scanned for you
• Advance reminders ahead of your Annual List and Business License deadlines

Shipping a physical original to you — including for legal documents — is available as a separate, per-piece paid service. It is not bundled into the annual fee.

2. Who Can Use the Service

To enroll, you must:

• Be 18 or older
• Have the authority to act for the entity you're signing up
• Give us accurate registration details and keep them current

3. Pricing and Billing

• The Service costs $99 per year, billed at signup and on each annual renewal
• Payments run through our third-party payment processor
• We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect on your next renewal
• Non-payment on a renewal date may lead to a service pause after we've attempted to notify you

4. Length of Service and Renewal

Your plan runs 12 months from the date you enroll and renews automatically unless you cancel before that date. We send a heads-up ahead of each renewal.

5. What You're Responsible For

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Keep your entity's name, contact details, and account information current
• Tell us promptly if your entity's structure or contact information changes
• Check your email and portal regularly and act on time-sensitive items within their deadlines
• Independently keep your entity in good standing with the Nevada Secretary of State
• Line up a new registered agent before your service with us ends

6. How We Handle Documents

• We're available to accept deliveries Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time
• Documents are typically scanned and emailed to you the same business day we receive them
• We don't evaluate or act on the content of anything we receive — our job is limited to accepting and relaying it
• Physical originals are kept for a limited window and then securely destroyed, unless you've arranged per-piece shipping
• We carry no responsibility for the legal outcome of any document accepted on your entity's behalf

7. We're Not a Law Firm

Nevada Registered Agent.co is a registered agent service, not a law firm. We don't offer legal, tax, or business formation advice. For anything requiring legal judgment, talk to a licensed Nevada attorney.

8. Limits on Our Liability

To the extent the law allows:

• Our total liability for any Service-related claim is capped at what you paid us over the prior 12 months
• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We're not responsible for delays caused by things outside our reasonable control, including postal disruptions or system outages

9. Canceling Service

Email support@nevadaregisteredagent.co to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the close of your current paid term, and fees aren't refunded except at our discretion. You're responsible for having a replacement registered agent on file with the Nevada Secretary of State before your service with us ends.

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold Nevada Registered Agent.co and its owners, staff, and agents harmless from claims or costs, including reasonable legal fees, tied to your use of the Service or a breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates appear here with a new effective date; continuing to use the Service afterward means you accept the changes.

13. Severability

If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

14. Full Agreement

Together with our Privacy Policy, these Terms make up the entire agreement between you and Nevada Registered Agent.co regarding the Service.
